Description

We provide immediate, effective, and comprehensive employment services exclusively to individuals who have recently returned home from incarceration. Our vision is that anyone with a criminal record who wants to work has the preparation and support needed to find a job and stay connected to the labor force. We believe that everyone, regardless of their past, deserves the chance to shape a stronger future for themselves, their family, and their communities. CEO?s vista project aligns with the economic opportunity focus area. The vista project will seek to leverage cash and in-kind donations as well as cultivate new community partners to build the capacity of CEO's three pennsylvania sites, and expects to benefit 325 formerly incarcerated individuals. Three vista members will contribute to the goals of the project by performing activities such as grant proposal research and writing, developing new program partnerships, and conducting research for program innovation and improvement over the course of a one-year project period.
