ACTIVITIES:1. EXPAND NORTHWAY'S WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM BY ADDING LANDFILL FENCING AND SIGNAGE, CONDUCTING TRENCH AND FILL OPERATIONS, PURCHASING A DUMP TRAILER, COORDINATING WITH PARTNERS, AND CONDUCTING BACKHAUL TRIPS.
