Description

As the primary coordinating agency of the commonwealth for state lead enforcement pursuant to tsca, title IV, the massachusetts department of labor standards ('DLS') proposes lead enforcement initiatives of three general types in FY2023. These initiatives are in accordance with usepa priorities for decentralization of title IV lead regulatory operations and authority to the states. A total of 14 deleading compliance inspections would be performed for the two year grant period.
