The grant award period runs from July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. The Division also partners with the Delaware Department of Education to provide educational programs and services, including teachers of the visually impaired, orientation and mobility specialists, and assistive technology trainers, for school-aged students with visual impairments across the state.
