SPECIFICALLY, THE RECIPIENT WILL REIMBURSE THE TRIBE FOR COSTS ALREADY INCURRED TO DEVELOP THE WATER SERVICE LINE BASELINE DATABASE AND CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATERIAL TYPE OF THE WATER SERVICE LINES WITH UNKNOWN TYPE, AND TO DEVELOP A PLAN TO REPLACE NECESSARY SERVICE LINES.
