The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) will receive $500,000 through a Cooperative Agreement award from the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics Law Enforcement. The funding is provided under the Trans-National Crime program (CFDA 19.705) to produce analysis on emerging priority topics and trends in the region. CSIS will also convene experts to review impacts of prior programming and recommend new foreign assistance interventions to minimize the effects of transnational crime and criminal networks on the United States and its allies. The period of performance for analysis and convenings is from September 2022 through September 2024.
