This Cooperative Agreement award from the National Park Service (NPS) Conservation, Protection, Outreach, and Education program (CFDA 15.954) provides $266,000.00 to the Northern Rockies Conservation Cooperative (NRCC) to develop products that will be used to evaluate and interpret the condition of resources in national parks. The award period is from January 30, 2025 to April 30, 2029. The products from this project will allow visitors to plan trips, managers to evaluate current conditions relative to historical records, and enable effective response to current and near-term predicted conditions such as drought and floods. The project will also help anticipate and respond to emerging conditions that affect park resources and visitor experiences. NRCC, a non-profit organization based in Jackson, Wyoming, specializes in environmental research, science communication, and conservation support for national parks and federal land management agencies.

These products can be used by visitors to plan trips, by managers to evaluate currentconditions relative to historical records, to respond effective to current and near-term predictedconditions (e.g. drought, floods), and to anticipate and respond to emerging conditions that affectpark resources and visitor experiences.
