Senior project manager

National Experienced Workforce Solutions, Inc. (NEW Solutions) received a $146,056.52 cooperative agreement from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) under the Experienced Services Program (CFDA 15.682) for the period of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Under this award, NEW Solutions serves as a Senior Project Manager, recruiting and deploying skilled workers aged 55 and older to support mission-critical activities within the USFWS. The cooperative agreement funds temporary workforce solutions that address operational gaps and project-specific needs across the agency's headquarters, regional offices, and field locations.

The Experienced Services Program authorizes the USFWS to establish cooperative agreements with eligible nonprofit organizations to fill diverse temporary human resource requirements, including wildlife conservation, habitat management, endangered species consultation, environmental planning and compliance, and administrative support. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization eligible to receive Title V funds under the Older Americans Act of 1965, NEW Solutions leverages the expertise and institutional knowledge of experienced older workers to supplement federal operations while providing meaningful employment opportunities to qualified Americans aged 55 and older.
