COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT - INVESTIGATE AND REPORT TO AREA VETERINARIAN IN CHARGE INSTANCES OF OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION MISUSE AND OTHER SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS OF THE ANIMAL DISEASE TRACEABILITY RULES.
