About this award
Family Enrichment Network, Inc. received a $451,608 Cooperative Agreement from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families under the Healthy Marriage Promotion and Responsible Fatherhood Grants program (CFDA 93.086), effective September 30, 2025, through September 29, 2030. The organization will implement the "Guided by Dad" program to serve 200 fathers and 50 couples or co-parents annually across Broome, Chenango, and Tioga Counties in New York. The program delivers research-based curricula including "24/7 Dad" and "PREP 8.0" designed to strengthen parenting skills, improve relationship quality, and enhance economic stability among participants.
Program services encompass comprehensive case management, job readiness training, and partnerships with community organizations to support fathers in developing nurturing relationships with their children, improving co-parenting dynamics, and achieving greater economic self-sufficiency. To eliminate barriers to participation, the program provides transportation, childcare, and meals at three service delivery locations. The Responsible Fatherhood track under CFDA 93.086 funds organizations to provide broad-based services that promote healthy relationships, strengthen father-child engagement, and improve employment and economic stability opportunities for fathers and families.
