Subrecipient:no subawards are included in this assistance agreement.outcomes:the primary outcomes from the use of these funds will provide santo domingo with increased capacity of their waste management facilities and personnel, increased awareness and utilization of waste management facilities and services, reduction in the amount of open dumping of green waste, increased marketability of recycled materials, decrease in the cost of handling and transportation of recycled materials, reduction of the volume of green waste materials transported to landfills and creation of a market for the reuse of green waste. These efforts will be able to be tracked and reported back to EPA.
