THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE STRENGTHENING OF PARTNERSHIPS TO ADDRESS ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVEMENT IN TRUST AMONGST COMMUNITIES, GOVERNMENT, THE PRIVATE SECTOR, AND OTHERS. THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES WHERE ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, AND ECONOMIC BURDENS AND CAPACITY CONSTRAINTS CO-OCCUR, INCLUDING TRIBAL AND INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES, BLACK, LATINX, IMMIGRANT, AND DISABILITIES COMMUNITIES, ESPECIALLY THOSE IN REMOTE AND RURAL AREAS.
