The Missouri National Guard, located at 7101 Military Circle, Jefferson City, MO 65201 is planning to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide space for a "Yellow Ribbon Integration" Event in the Kansas City, Missouri region (27APR-1MAY, 2016). See attached statement of work (SOW) and Solicitation for details.This requirement is being listed as "unrestricted" and available to all business sizes. Interested venues must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Interested venues must also accept payment tough wide area work flow (WAWF).Statement of Work's details will describe a large lodging requirement. The intent of the Missouri National Guard is to award one contract. Third-party planners and venues the "SUB" to other hotels are the target of the Missouri National Guard to be considered for award, based off market research. however, award will be based off of lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA) with factors of technical acceptability and cost/price. Technically Acceptability will be based off meeting the needs described in the SOW. Award will be a firm-fixed contract.See attached SOW for detail. See attached statement of work (SOW) for details. The requirement will be listed as "unrestricted" and available to all business sizes. Interested venues must also be registered in System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award. Interesteed venues must also accept payment though wide area work flow (WAWF).Statement of Work's details will describe a large lodging requirement.
