The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to purchase the following one (1) year software licenses for HyperWorks from Altair Engineering, Inc., Troy, MI on a sole source basis as the software and associated software maintenance are proprietary to Altair (refer to the attached Sole Source Justification).CLIN 0001 - HyperWorks Units - maint; HWU-STD-MNT, 1 YearCLIN 0002 - HyperWorks Units - maint; HWU-STD-MNT, 1 Year The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI 02841. Payment will be made via Wide Area Work Flow. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91.
