The supplier's product must enable librarians to easily manage electronic resource subscriptions (allowing activation and management of large eBook and eJournal collections, facilitating proxy linking for customer access, and providing an administrator interface for budgeting, management, and the generation of usage reports). The subscription must allow library customers to easily locate and access databases, eBooks, and eJournals in the library's collection from a dedicated internet portal. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated. The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 January 2017 - 31 December 2021.
