Added: May 24, 2018 5:14 pm NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO Reveille Software; 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 100, Roswell GA 30076 Posted Date: May 24, 2018 at 5:00 PM (MST) Procurement Office: The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) Response Due Date: June 7th, 2018 by 3:00 PM (MST) NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Department of Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) intends to award a sole source contract for Reveille Active Insight Software. This contract will provide the following services to the Federal Government: Rapid implementation using preconfigured wizards uniquely designed for Documentum Reveille has direct access into and tight integration with the Documentum environment. No other vendor is known to be able to provide this level of system integration and monitoring. Monitor the service levels of all key Documentum components and processes Conduct realtime monitoring, notifications, diagnostics and automated remediation of identified issues Can be quickly configured to monitor additional databases, web services, and Kofax processes that might impact user productivity Monitors and tracks realtime user application activity and performance levels for Documentum Summarizes collected transaction and user activities Enables visibility to usage metrics for capacity planning DOI/IBC/AQD will procure the following products in support of the FPPS software application: Reveille APM Platform, Reveille Management Console for Documentum, Reveille DFC and SQL Connectors, Reveille RealTime for Documentum, Reveille for Kofax, and associated implementation services. The proposed procurement is for services/products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the abovementioned services/products may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to Anthony_Jasper@ibc.doi.gov. The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
