The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, is currently requesting information in order to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing Boiler Cleaning and Inspection on JBLM, WA. The intended contract period is for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods (five years total). Description of services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Boiler Cleaning and Inspection The Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. Responses to this request will be considered for the purpose of determining how the requirements will be stated and how the procurement will be conducted. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington intends to solicit proposals for a contractor to provide Boiler Cleaning and Inspection Services on JBLM, Washington. A complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is W911S8-13-R-0021. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract with time and material CLINs. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. This procurement is set aside for small business. 3.
