About this award
This contract was awarded by the Department of the Army Acquisition Support Center PEO Simulation, Training and Instrumentation to Advanced IT Concepts, LLC, an 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business. The contract is a firm-fixed-price delivery order with a potential value of $279,636.38.
The requirement is to procure and deliver equipment that will eliminate a synchronization error that is currently degrading the performance of the Video Monitoring, Recording, and Editing (VMRE) materials in storage and integrated into the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Instrumentation System (JMRC-IS). This effort is related to the original VMRE Performance Work Statement PWS-2016-037, which defined the work for receiving, configuring, integrating, and testing the VMRE materials.
Description
The original vmre performance work statement (PWS), PWS-2016-037, defined the effort required for receipt the GFE, configuration, integration, and test of video monitoring, recording, and editing (vmre) materials in storage, and additional quantities of the vmre hardware provided to the joint multinational readiness center (jmrc) for integration into the jmrc instrumentation system (jmrc-is). A synchronization error now exists, degrading vmre performance. This effort will procure and deliver equipment to jmrc that will eliminate this issue.
