Added: Apr 22, 2008 1:48 pm SPM2D0-07-R-0006 Standing Med/Surg CEC FedBizOps Synopsis This solicitation is a standing solicitation from which the Government contemplates award of multiple Corporate Exigency Contract (s) (CEC) for Medical/Surgical products. Offerors are requested to submit complete proposals for all requirements, including all certifications as specified in the solicitation. Proposals may be submitted at any time during the solicitation period. Acceptance of proposals and award of contracts may take place before the actual closing dated. The standing solicitation will remain in effect for 5 years from the solicitation issuance date unless replaced by an updated solicitation or rescinded. The Government will retrieve proposal(s) received by the Business Opportunities Office (BOO) on a weekly basis beginning 15 days from the issuance of the solicitation and continue up to and including the closing date of the standing solicitation. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) award with one (1) base year, with the option to extend the contract for each of nine (9), one-year option periods. The Government is using FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. A few highlights of the information that will be found include: 1. On the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS) Home Page, click the VENDOR REGRISTRATION link to begin the registration process. 2. In order to register for access to secure portions of DLA DIBBS, the company you are representing must already be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. 3. A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code registration will be processed immediately. A User ID will appear on the registration screen and password will be sent separately to the email address of the Super User. If a CAGE is already registered on DLA DIBBS, the name and email address of the Super User will be provided. The Super User should be contacted to set-up additional accounts, logons and passwords for their CAGE. DIBBS Super User * If your CAGE has already been registered on DIBBS, the name and email address of the person designated as your super user will be provided. *The representative who starts the DIBBS registration process has the option to accept their CCR registration POC as the DIBBS super user, or they can designate themselves or another person to act as the super user for the CAGE. *The super user acts as the account administrator for a CAGE.
