The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy has awarded a Firm Fixed Price delivery order contract to Phillips 66 Company, a large, global producer and marketer of petroleum and petrochemical products, to provide Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet Propellant 8) in support of critical operations in the Houston, Texas area. This $1,922,350.50 contract has a partial Small Business set-aside designation. Phillips 66 has extensive experience providing specialized military-grade fuels to the Department of Defense under fixed-price contracts. The agency has also awarded the company several indefinite delivery contracts potentially valued over $127 million and $671 million to deliver additional aviation turbine fuels and naval distillates to locations nationwide.
