Added: Dec 14, 2017 10:58 am This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6635-00-244-9478, Detector, Kit, Automotive - Aviation Fuel in accordance with Gammon Technical Products, CAGE 32218, P/N GTP-322. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 288 EA for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 96 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The following Commercial provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 552.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
