ONE OF THE PROGRAM S KEY GOALS IS TO ENSURE THAT NASA S FLIGHT MISSIONS PLAN FOR AND SUPPORT OPERATIONAL APPLICATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SCIENCE OBJECTIVES. THE SSC SWOT APPLICATION REPRESENTATIVE (SSAR) SHALL WORK WITH ASTPO, THE JPL SWOT APPLICATION REPRESENTATIVE, AND THE ASP PROGRAM MANAGER TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE SWOT APPLICATIONS PROGRAM.
