The purpose of this announcement is to release the formal solicitation for the Precision Strike Package Technical Documentation Project (PSP TDP). Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) as well as the respective attachments one (1) tough ten (10) for details. The purpose of this announcement is to notify industry of the upcoming release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Special Operation Forces (SOF) C-130 Precision Strike Package (PSP) Technical Documentation Project (TDP) originally posted under FA8509-19-R-0020. This effort serves to provide updates to the technical manuals in support of the PSP aboard the SOF C-130 fleet. At this time, the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Office at Robins, AFB at Warner Robins, GA has an estimated solicitation issue date of late January 2020. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330, Engineering Services exception A with a size standard of $41.5M. As stated in the original posting, this effort will be a Total Small Business Set Aside and has been determined commercial pursuant to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation will include tee (3) Contract Line Items (CLINs) for X001 Technical Data Development, X002 Over and Above, and X003 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is estimated to have one (1) Basic Year and two (2) annual Option Years.
