Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on December 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on November 30, 2016. The request for quotation will be available on or after September 14, 2011 and will be distributed solely tough the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely tough this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about October 3, 2011. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
