The contractor shall provide system expertise for maintenance of the razor system. The contractor shall provide on-going support for routine maintenance, training and client installations for issue management and for software configuration management in support of IT using the razor system. Phase a of the contract is to install, configure and test a small-scale pilot version of the maximo 6.x system and support for razor. The maximo pilot will be installed on an isolated network that simulates the KSC wide area network. Maximo workflows used will be representative of expected future KSC workflows. The phase a maximo system will be configured using available hardware and msdn software licenses. The test bed includes several user workstation configurations, which will be used to emulate KSC user logins to the maximo applications. These workstation include windows vista, windows XP, windows 2000 and macintosh workstations. All servers and workstation have the office suite and mail accounts. The test bed is required to validate configurations necessary for KSC contractor workflow processes. Phase a also includes the design and procurement of the production maximo system. Phase b of the contract is to support razor and to install, configure, and test the maximo 6.x production system hardware and software prior to production implementation in october 2008. Maximo workflows used will be representative of expected future KSC workflows.
