Added: Aug 06, 2015 3:05 pm NOTIFICATION OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for contractor services to provide support to Reserve Component (RC) family readiness programs to achieve national accreditation to the following contractor: · Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, Inc. (45 Broadway, New York, NY) This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This proposed contract is a follow-on to Contract HDQMWR-13-R-0045. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirements. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. Please see the attached PWS for a description of the requirements.
