The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration has awarded a $2,840,535.18 firm-fixed price definitive contract to Industrial Maintenance Services Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, to construct a new 9,000 square foot precast warehouse building at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. The contract involves demolition of three existing buildings and the construction of the new warehouse, including carpentry, exterior precast panels, fire proofing, roofing, interior finishes, window and door installations, loading dock system, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, security, telecommunications, landscaping, and related work. This project supports the VA's mission to serve veterans by upgrading and maintaining its healthcare facilities.
