INTENT TO AWARD The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Medical Graphics Corporation; 350 Oak Grove Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55127-8507. The procurement is for preventive maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 technical support for Medical Graphics Pulmonary Function Testing Equipment. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement with a size standard of $20.5 million. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by Medical Graphics Corporation to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 technical support and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. This is a Sources Sought Notice for a service contract for MGC Diagnostics Platinum Elite Pulmonary Function Testing Equipment. The service contract shall include preventative maintenance, system recertification, and repairs as needed. The contract shall also provide all licenses and software upgrades for the Breeze Connect System. This acquisition is for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI. Please respond if you have the ability and intent to complete this requirement. Include in your response the following information: Capabilities Statement; Certification from MGC Diagnostics as an authorized maintenance facility/company; Company Name and Address; DUNS Number; Socioeconomic Size Status (e.g. Large, Small, WOSB, SDVOSB) Point of Contact information (name, phone, email); FSS or GSA Contract Number, if applicable. Failure to provide the training certification from MGC Diagnostics authorizing your company to perform the required services/support shall result in your information to NOT be considered.
