Research For Education And Career Help Institute is a non-profit organization registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) that focuses on social and community engagement initiatives. While detailed background information is limited, the organization appears to be dedicated to promoting social equality, community connection, and youth empowerment through event-based programming. The institute is actively registered to receive federal grants, with its current SAM.gov registration valid through May 24, 2025, and has demonstrated a consistent track record of receiving federal grant awards from civilian agencies.

The organization has primarily received federal grant awards from the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, specifically focusing on public diplomacy programs. Its signature initiative is BridgeFest, an annual event series designed to bridge social gaps, promote equality, and encourage youth participation in addressing discrimination and social challenges. The grant awards, ranging from $125,745 in 2023 to similar project-based grants in 2022 and 2024, support community festivals that include booth showcases, talks, games, and music performances. Each BridgeFest event aims to connect with the public, inspire action for positive social change, and provide platforms for disadvantaged groups to obtain equal access to fundamental rights and freedoms. The grants are structured as project and cooperative agreements, indicating a collaborative approach between the institute and the federal funding agency in executing these community-focused initiatives.
