The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Permatect Facility Services to sanitize, terminally clean, restore and seal the porcelain and ceramic tile & grout in publicly used areas in the Puget Sound VA Health Care System at the Puget Sound VAMC located in Tacoma, Seattle and Magnolia, WA. NAICS 238220 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company has the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the Permatect products (both sealing and cleaning). Responses must be received no later than 5PM PST on 15 February 2021. All responses must be e-mailed to Laura.davis5@va.gov.
