Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work for the demolition, removal and disposal of a historical one-story log building in accordance with the PWS, and the attached specifications and drawings. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Provide an overview of the work necessary to develop a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Alaska State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) regarding the demolition of Building 8481 (Wildlife Museum). This PWS also outlines likely requirements and mitigation measures to be included in the MOA to be completed by JBER.
