SEE ATTACHMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR. The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) detachment Everett, Washington, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract(s) to accomplish Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) 3A2 of the USS JOHN S MCCAIN through the completion of the work items included in attachment J-1. This acquisition is planned to be set aside 100 percent for small businesses that fall within the 1,250 size standard, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 Ship Building and Repairing and Product Service Code J999 (Non-Nuclear Ship repair West), maintenance, modernization, and repair, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Asides.

The period of performance for USS JOHN S MCCAIN 3A2 CMAV is scheduled to be 27 February 2023 through 14 April 2023.
