The purpose of this admendment is to formally release solicitation 2011-N-13397. The solicitation opens on Friday, July 1, 2011 and closes on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. This is a total small business set aside being competed in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiations. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinitely Quantity (IDIQ) procurement with an estimated total value of $10M for five years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541810, Advertising Agencies. THIS EFFORT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITION---The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Environmental Health, Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry (ATSDR),Office of Communication, will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to furnish all required personnel, consultants, materials, equipment and supplies to provide various work and services as specified in individual Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or Time and Material (T&M) task orders.
The purpose of this procurement is to procure additional health communications capacity to respond to both ongoing and sudden or emerging issues in environmental health. The contractor will develop strategy and products to reach targeted and disperse populations in short time frames.
The NAICS code is 541810 - Advertising Agencies. The anticipated period of performance shall be up to 60 months (one year base period and four (4) 12-month options periods) from the contract award date. The estimated total value shall not exceed $10M. Each task order will specify individual requirements beginning on/or about the date of contract award.
Solicitation Number 2011-N-13397 will be posted on the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) www.fedbizopps.gov on or about June 10, 2011. All responsible sources must submit a proposal in accordance with the released solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency if received on or before the designated due date stated within the solicitation. Please be advised the Government will not maintain a Bidder's List, therefore interested parties are responsible for periodically monitoring www.FedBizOpps.gov for the corresponding solicitation and subsequent amendments.
