This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees or less. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary to furnish: 28 Transformers, (34.5-kv -240/480, 100KVA, single phase, 200-kv BIL). All materials furnished shall be in strict compliance with the specifications. Only new equipment of current manufacture shall be supplied under this contract.
