Added: February 12, 2008 The U. S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Time and Attendance monthly maintenance. This maintenance includes monthly maintenance of the Yard?s time and attendance system, tool room tracking maintenance, project order system maintenance and ISC system maintenance in accordance with the SOW. A requirements type contract for One (1) Base Year and Four (4) Option Years is anticipated. It is anticipated that a non competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this item to: Turner and Associates. It is the Governments belief that only Turner and Associates, the developer of the software, can furnish the expertise to perform the software maintenance and upgrades. Concerns were given the opportunity to submit their capabilities in the Sources Sought Notice published on FedBizOpps on February 6, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 811219 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. Request for Quotation, HSCG40-08-R-40022, shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or about February 14, 2008. All quotations are due no later than cob February 25, 2008. It is anticipated that ward will be made by March 1, 2008. Contractors shall use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REPS & CERTS) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-3. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FBO system for changes or amendments to this quotation. The solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS when issued. Contractors are encouraged to check FEDBIZOPS on a regular basis for the solicitation and any amendments. See Numbered Note 1, 22.
