The Federal Government intends to sole source Thrust AI's WebFuel Suite Software Package, which allows aircrew to digitally submit their fuel receipts. The contract is intended for Thrust AI LLC, as no other vendor has been identified that can fulfill the requirement immediately. Other firms capable of meeting the requirement can submit a qualification package for future needs at Laughlin.

Notice text

This is a notice of intent to sole source Thrust AI's WebFuel Suite Software Package.  The Government intends to single source this requirement to Thrust AI LLC, in accordance to FAR part 13.

The Government intends to purchase Thrust AI's WebFuel Suite Software Package.  Thrust AI's WebFuel package allows aircrew to digitally submit their fuel receipts to the Laughlin's Wing Refueling Documentation Control Officer.  Thrust AI is the only vendor identify that can fulfill the requirement immidiately.  No other vendor has been identified.  

This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.GOV, no solicitation will be posted in SAM.GOV.

If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government’s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the POCs listed within this notice, within five (5) business days of this publication. Any interested source is invited to submit a written qualification package for review.  Any package will be stricly utilized for future needs at Laughlin. Qualification package must include the following information: 1) contractor name and phone number, 2) a brief statement detailing capabilities of type of sofware available to meet the requirement,3) type of business, and whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classification, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.  The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this synopsis and submittals will not be returned to the sender.  Please do not send anything to the Government.
