About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide sustainment services for operational items used by the 425th Fighter Squadron at Luke Air Force Base. Required services include same day phone support and 72-hour replacement of items if necessary, as well as quarterly cleaning and maintenance of TEAC tape players. Operational items include various audio/visual components, video display systems, and presentation equipment. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 and must include all applicable costs and taxes. Questions are due by February 20th and proposals are due by February 23rd to the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.
The opportunity is set aside for total small business and will have a period of performance from March 2024 to February 2025 with four additional option years. The place of performance is 14185 Falcon St, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Required equipment includes 23 TEAC tape players, 10 V-800G-F TEAC video display systems, 10 3x1 VGA switchers, 6 deployable V-800G-F TEAC video display systems, 5 video synchronizer controllers, 5 Hitachi whiteboards with projector and wall mounts, 1 audio switcher, and 1 Christie 6500 ANSI Lumens Laser Projector. Phone support and 72-hour replacement of items must be provided if necessary.

Luke AFB is seeking vendor to provide sustainment of operational items for the 425 Fighter Squadron. Please see the Performance Work Statement for operational items and additional service requirements such as phone support. When submitting quote please include all applicable costs and taxes. Award will be a base plus four option year contract. Please read the evaluation/instructions in FAR 52.212-2, section M.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be asked no later than 20 February 2024. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers.
