Performance Work Statement For TEAC Sustainment Services
Sustainment of operational items for the 425 FS. To include same day phone support and 72-hour replacement support, if necessary.
Includes sustainment of:
-23 TEAC tape players -10 V-800G-F TEAC Video display systems -10 3x1 VGA switchers -6 deployable V-800G-F TEAC video display systems -5 video synchronizer controllers -5 Hitachi whiteboards with projector and wall mounts -1 audio switcher -1 Christie 6500 ANSI Lumens Laser Projector
12 months of service is required, plus quarterly cleaning maintenance of TEAC tape players and same day call back for additional maintenance repairs.
