The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price procurement of SupraVISTA Software Licenses for use at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa AL 35404. A sole source procurement will be issued to SupraVISTA Medical DSS Inc. for the Software and User training. SupraVISTA software is the only application with the capability to provide automated rule-based analysis of clinical data at point-of-care and automated alerts and problem-centric reports at point of care, while integrating with VHA s existing IT architecture. Presently, SupraVista Medical DSS is the sole manufacturer with exclusive rights to sell and support the SupraVISTA Software licenses to Government customers. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 511210 and has a size standard of $38.5 million for this procurement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 10:00 am EST, September 14, 2018 to: Lasonja.Harvey@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
