Added: Oct 30, 2008 7:03 pm Modified: Dec 09, 2008 5:00 pmTrack Changes PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to install water and sewer utilities, storm sewers, parking lots, light poles and a fuel storage tank at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Sabine. Work includes installing approximately 3,000 feet of water pipe, 1,200 feet of storm sewer pipe, 5,000 square yards of asphalt pavement, lighting and associated work. Specific work includes, but is not limited to, installing manholes, storm water drop inlets, valves, hydrants, earthwork, pavement, demolition and site restoration. The estimated construction price range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The small business size standard is a 3-year averaged annual gross receipts of $33.5M. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov.
