This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904019Q0309. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-03 and DFARS Change Notice 2019-0531. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 561990 and the Small Business Standard is $11 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing shredding services in San Diego, CA, in accordance with the following:
The contractor shall provide the following supplies:
-CLIN 0001: 1 JOB to provide required shredding services per Statement of Work. Period of performance 7/10/2019-7/09/2020
-CLIN 1001: 1 JOB to provide required shredding services per Statement of Work. Period of performance 7/10/2020-7/09/2021
-CLIN 2001: 1 JOB to provide required shredding services per Statement of Work. Period of performance 7/10/2021-7/09/2022
-CLIN 3001: 1 JOB to provide required shredding services per Statement of Work. Period of performance 7/10/2022-7/09/2023
-CLIN 4001: 1 JOB to provide required shredding services per Statement of Work. Period of performance 7/10/2023-7/09/2024

• Place of Performance: Point Loma, San Diego, CA.
• Award will be made based on lowest price, technically acceptable.
Please include payment terms and the primary point of contact in the quotation.
