The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden intends to solicit and award a hybrid firm fixed price contract with Time & Materials features for non-personnel services to provide an Electronic Security System (ESS) Upgrade to facilitate Secure Facility Accreditation for USAREUR G2. The Contractor will be providing the primary supplies and services for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS), Telecommunications System (TS), and TEMPEST modifications at USAREUR HQ G2 Mission Control Center (MCC - Building 1000), Consolidated Intelligence Center (CIC - Building 1001A), and the USAG-WI Directorate of Emergency Services (Building 1001) on Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden Germany and Building 6257 on McCully Sustainment Center, Wackernheim Germany. In accordance with the Intelligence Community Directive 705 and Intelligence Technical Specification for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities, the IDS, ACS, TS, and TEMPEST modifications upgrades and modifications require US cleared personnel to actually perform the work.
Only Contractor's whose personnel possess a Top Secret US Security Clearance will be considered for this contract.
It is our intent to post the solicitation, W912CM-18-Q-0048, in FedBizOpps on or around 5 September 2018.
A single award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable offer and is the lowest price. All offers shall be in the English language.
