This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division Contracting Office (PZZK) intends to negotiate with ETM Electromatic Inc. (ETM), Newark, California, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.  No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to acquire services in sustainment of transmitter 33 NSN: 5996-01-465-5122FD and transmitter 35 NSN: 5996-01-465-5121FD. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be made available through the GPE.
