Added: Feb 25, 2015 10:42 am The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Region 5, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Replacement of (Snare Meadow) Water Control Structure at the Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge located in Baring (Washington Co.), Maine. The work under this contract includes demolition of existing water control structure and culvert, and installation of new water control structure and overflow spillway.



The estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000. and $250,000. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 237990, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Registration is required at the System for Award Management (SAM online at www.sam.gov). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.



A Request for Proposal (RFP) including Technical Specifications, drawing and evaluation criteria will be released through www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about March 10, 2015. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government is accordance with FAR Part 15, and the terms in the solicitation. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L & M of the solicitation. Please check the solicitation for all required documentation to be submitted.
