The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to completely replace approximately 45 existing fan coil units and install new fan coil units that match in capacity with the old existing fan coil units. This work is to include new control valves and necessary component parts. Work is to be accomplished at Corpus Christi Army Reserve Center, Corpus Christi, TX. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.


Solicitation W911SA-17-B-2012 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract.


This solicitation will be a 100% Hub Zone Small Business Set aside.


Project magnitude is over $250,000.00 and $500,000.00


Period of Performance will be 60 days after the notice to proceed.


MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued.
