This requirement is for the repair of an existing transformer pad at the United States Penitentiary in Atwater, California.  See attached statement of work.

A pre-quote site visit will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 9:00am at 1 Federal Way, Atwater, California 95301.  The pre-quote site visit is not required but all quoters are urged to attend.  This will be the only pre-quote site visit scheduled.

    • NOTE:  The FBOP is prohibited from divulging any information regarding any reasons for criminal history check denials.  Only the fact that a person has been denied will be communicated to the company point of contact.

The basis for award will be best value to the Government.  Quotes will be evaluated considering price and past performance.  Responsible quoters shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their quote price.  Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received.
