The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following 1 JOB; Repair Quantity 2 Amplifier in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: ViaSat, 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA
due to Viasat is the Manufacture of this equipment, and therefore, is the only one who can perform repairs and/or parts replacement on this equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N6893617Q0049 the Repair of the Amplifiers may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
