1. This is a Request for Quote for the subject project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 23 August 2018.
2. The magnitude of construction for these projects is between than $25,000 and $100,000.
3. Your quote must be valid for 30 days.
4. Address, in writing, technical and contractual questions to Lt Nijha London at nijha.london@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Joshua Davis at Joshua.Davis.50@us.af.mil no later than 16 April 2019.
5. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis.
6. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 90 days from the contract award date to closeout.
7. Performance and Payment Bonds will not be required.
8. A site visit will be held on Monday, April 15 at 1:00 PM. If you do not have base access, please inform in from Lt Nijha London of this in order to coordinate a time to meet at the Base Visitor's Center (VC). The VC is located at the Sartain Gate (formerly known as the Vandenberg Gate) off Route 2A. A driver's license, proof of automobile registration, and insurance, as well as a photo ID for any passenger will be required, no exceptions will me made. If you are unable to attend the site visit, you are still permitted to submit a proposal.
9. Quote must be received no later than Friday, April 19, 2019 at 11:00AM. Please provide an electronic copy of your proposal to Lt Nijha London at nijha.london@us.af.mil and Joshua.Davis.50@us.af.mil.
10. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price.
