The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States Section (IBWC) is seeking quotes for the rehabilitation of three Peerless vertical line shaft pumps at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico, Arizona.           No, motors are not included

2. Are we to assume “worst case” conditions for pump repair?  Difficult to guess issues without inspection.

          Yes

3. After an award and notice to proceed if we find, note and photo document other issues will an amendment of cost be provided?

           If deemed necessary, adjustments can be made.

4). How many pumps total,  are we to refurbish with this quotation? It would appear you have two (2),  one assembled as a complete unit and one already disassembled.

      There are a total of three (3) pumps that are to be refurbished, an additional fourth (4th) complete bowl set was ordered by the government for future spare parts and is not part of this scope.

5)    Do you have a forklift to load on to our transport truck? Or should we add a crane cost into our quotation?

       We have a forklift available.

6)    Are the new bowl assemblies I provided still on the original shipping pallets or crates?

       Yes, three (3) new pump bowl assemblies are in original as shipped condition and packaging.
