The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract(s) is to obtain services for up to 3 air tactical type I, light fixed-wing aircraft fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for special use missions. Both multi-engine turbine powered single engine aircraft will be considered. The aircraft furnished will be used for air attack platforms for incident support and may also be used for project, law enforcement, and administrative flights. One aircraft each will be located in Redmond, OR, Klamath Falls, OR, and Medford, OR. All three will start approximately June 1 for a 120 day Mandatory Availability Period (MAP). The Government may designate alternate bases for temporary operation. The performance period for these contracts will be 5 years from the time of award (base + 4 options). The solicitation package and all associated documents will be posted to this site on or around January 26, 2016 with offers due 30 days later.
